@ MoMA, NYC. October 19 - February 7, 2026. About 300 works spanning 6 decades. Ruth Asawa is one of my favorite artist. Mother of six children. Artist. Educator. Activist. This past summer I read more about her life and work in a book entitled, Ruth Asawa: Life’s Work, edited by Tamara Schenkenberg. Recently, I witnessed three of her sculptures at the Glenstone Museum in Maryland. I am excited to see her diverse creations up close; particularly those mind blowing wire sculptures. 🌸
